Whether you are new to the industry or whether you have years of experience, Financira will be provide you with a complete overview of how to get started, getting you familiar with our operating structure and assimilating your organization into our culture.

You will go through training with your Financira Account Rep, a thorough process that will cover the business in detail. Items covered through the training will include, but are not limited to, Federal & State regulations pertaining to the industry, enrollment guidelines, as well as our debt settlement process. Financira will provide you with all of the necessary documentation to and support to ensure your success.

Back-Office Client Support

At Financira we focus on your bottom line. We take your primary focus and concern, and translate it into a back office support center focused on efficient contract processing and knowledgeable customer service.

We understand that contract processing and customer service are two of the most pivotal points which will affect your profitability as an affiliate. Therefore, we have striven to keep turn around time on contract processing low, and striven to keep client retention high.

Financira’s back-office processing support is responsible for the verification and processing of the enrollment documents, as well as any future account changes requested by the client. In addition, you can expect that our Customer Service team will handle clients with very personalized attention and always focus on client retention. In addition to the day to day client servicing, Customer Service will carry out the delivery of a personalized Welcome Pack, and perform quality control welcome calls.

Personalized Attention

Financira will be servicing of all of your clients, including providing each and every client with their own personal Customer Service Representative. The service representative will consistently be in contact with your clients throughout the term of their program, making sure they understand the process and ensuring the client provides us with all the pertinent information needed. Clients will also have 24/7 access to their accounts at all times via the internet.

Negotiations

Our certified debt negotiators have had professional training through IAPDA (International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators) and proven success, allowing for successful debt settlement on your clients behalf. All negotiators are required to complete extensive training prior to settling any debts for your clients. We are not satisfied unless your clients are satisfied!
